The Monthly Individual Rate includes two, 45 minute - 1 hour sessions per month plus email and text contact between sessions for support and accountability. All my coaching relationships begins with a 2-hour Discovery Session.

I am dedicated to bringing coaching to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. If you are a student or unemployed, I will work with you on a sliding scale.
